This facility includes full podium, half podium, projection screens, overhead projectors, 6’ rectangular tables, 5’ round tables, and chairs.

• Room “A” – 20’ x 31’ = 620 sq ft  carpeted area.  Holds 35-40 theater style.

• Room “B” -  20’ x 31’ = 620 sq ft carpeted area with card tables.  Holds 35-40 theater style.

• Room “C” - 20’ x 40’ = 800 sq ft (Can be rented with Kitchen Area by opening bi-fold wall.) Holds 45-50 theater style.

• Kitchen Area – 20’ x 31’ = 620 sq feet area includes two refrigerator/freezers, 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, small ice machine, dish washer, can opener, and coffee maker. Can be rented with Room “C” area by opening bi-fold wall.

• Auditorium Area – 46’ x 80’ = 3,680 sq ft area includes a sound system, baby grand piano and small stage. Holds up 350 theater style.

Depot Civic & Cultural Center, 600 E. Depot St.
Historic 1909 Santa Fe Depot, beautifully renovated with rooms available for various functions such as clubs, meetings, reunions, weddings, receptions, etc.  This facility also includes full podium, projection screen, overhead projector, small stage, portable sound system, 6’ rectangular tables, 5’ round tables, and chairs. • Ballroom – 37’ x 70’ = 2,590 sq ft – Holds 185 theater style or 140 banquet style.

• Kitchen Area – one commercial refrigerator, one small chest freezer, two ovens, one (3 drawer) warmer, and two microwaves.

• Scale room – 30’ x 38’ = 1,140 sq ft

• Room next to scales – 25’ x 38’ = 950 sq ft. Holds 30 theater style.

• End room – 22’ x 26’ = 572’ sq ft. Holds 30 theater style.

Brownwood Coliseum, 500 E. Baker
Facility has eight foot banquet tables, five foot round tables, metal chairs, 4’ x 8’ stage tables, basketball/volleyball floor with goals and locker rooms, sound system, 48 channel lighting system, and curtains suspended from ceiling, pipe/drapes for booths and leased concessions. • Main Arena – 12,587 sq ft with the main floor being 126 feet in diameter.  Holds 650 theater style/ 600 banquet style/ 65 (8’x10’) booth spaces 

• Balcony Area – 2,961 balcony seats

Coliseum Annex, 110 S. Greenleaf
This facility has small sinks and counters in each room. It also has portable sound system, 6’ rectangular tables, 5’ round tables, and chairs. The kitchen area has one refrigerator/freezer and a microwave.  Rooms for rent for various functions such as clubs, meetings, reunions, etc. Call Kevin Dearing at (325) 646-3586. 

• Room “A” – 39’ x 39’ = 1,521 sq ft carpeted.  Holds 75 theater style.

• Room “B” – 24’ x 30’ = 720 sq ft carpeted.  Holds 35 theater style.

• Room “C” – 53’ x 32’ = 1,696 sq ft carpeted. (This room is currently under lease to Brown County as the County’s Voter Registration Office.)

• This facility has one refrigerator/freezer, one oven with cook top, one microwave, and a sound system. It also has 6’ banquet tables, plastic chairs, and two computers for youth.  Operates as a recreation center on Monday thru Friday 1pm to 9pm.
