Room "C" - 20' x 40' = 800 sq ft (Can be rented with Kitchen Area by opening bi-fold wall.) Holds 45-50 theater style.
Kitchen Area - 20' x 31' = 620 sq feet area includes two refrigerator/freezers, 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, small ice machine, dish washer, can opener, and coffee maker. Can be rented with Room "C" area by opening bi-fold wall.
Auditorium Area - 46' x 80' = 3,680 sq ft area includes a sound system, baby grand piano and small stage. Holds up 350 theater style.

Earl Q. Wilson Arena/Brown County Youth Fair Grounds
The Brown County Youth Fair Board manages the Earl Q. Wilson Arena, Home Economics Building and the Youth Fair Barns. The Arena is the home of the Annual Brown County Rodeo, and other related events. The Home Economics Building has a kitchen, restrooms, open floor plan, tables and chairs. The Youth Fair Grounds include four barns and one Show Arena.
