The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Saturday, March 19th for Los Cazadores Mexican Food Restaurant.
The restaurant recently expanded their dining room and offer a selection of authentic Mexican food. They offer a salsa bar, brisket tacos, a bar, drive-through window and they serve breakfast all day.
Los Cazadores is located at 2607 Hwy 377 South in Brownwood. Their hours are Monday-Saturday 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Brianna grew up in California and discovered her love for photography when she was about 9-years-old. She dabbled in still-life and architectural photography mostly but it was just a hobby and a way to pass the time.
As she grew and learned, she started to view the world like an artist and that one word truly describes who she is today - artist . Her goal is to present beautiful, natural portraits that will give customers great joy every time they look at them. She photographs weddings, boudoir, family portraits and fine art photography.

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting regarding the upcoming election to convert the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation to a Municipal Development District.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 31st at 5:30 PM at the TSTC Brownwood campus located at 305 Booker Street.
A short presentation will be given regarding the upcoming election on May 7th with a question and answer session to follow.
The Young Leaders of Brown County and the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce will host their Spring Social on Tuesday, March 22nd beginning at 5:30 pm at Buffalo Wild Wings. These social events are an opportunity for local young adults to share ideas and engage with others passionate about making the community a better place to live, work and play.

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce and the Early Chamber of Commerce will host a forum for candidates running for Brown County Commissioner in the upcoming Primary Election.
The forum will be held on Friday, February 19th at the Brownwood Country Club with the buffet lunch opening at 11:30 AM and the forum beginning at noon. Cost is $14 per person for buffet lunch.
Candidates include: Brown County Commissioner Precinct 1 - Gary Worley (Incumbent), Tommy Blevins, Jimmy Trowbridge and Bob Contreras. Brown County Commissioner Precinct 3 - Wayne Shaw (Incumbent), Pat McLaughlin and Jessica Acker.

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce will host their 4th annual Brownwood Area Bridal Fair on Saturday, January 23rd at the Depot Civic & Cultural Center in Brownwood.
The fair will host a variety of vendors and will be a resource for soon-to-be brides in planning their special day. Vendors will showcase their products and services and will be available with tips, techniques, and ideas for the perfect wedding. Photographers, florists, DJs, party rental, and venues as well as other businesses are just a few of the types of vendors that will be on hand during the event.
The bridal fair provides an opportunity for future brides to meet with businesses, all in one location, to help assist in planning the big day. Door prize drawings will be taking place throughout the day as well, including a grand prize drawing.
The Brownwood Area Bridal Fair will take place from 11 AM - 2 PM on Saturday, January 23rd at the Depot Civic & Cultural Center (600 E. Depot Street). Admission to the show is free.
Beginning at 12:30 PM, participants can enjoy a wine tasting. Tickets will be available for $1 per tasting
